Plain But Perfect Wedding Card

Good evening people, been extremely busy yet again but today I bring you. A plain but simple wedding card for the lady who made the wedding cake to give to bride and groom 🙂
First I started with a square card blank. I cut pearl paper to the exact size of the front then ran it through my spellbinder in a small heart patterned embossing folder, positioning in the middle to leave equal spacing as a border. I then adhered the ribbon to this and folded round the edge to hide the ends.
I moved on then to cutting out the same pearl card but in assorted rectangles to make the cake shape. I glued the fine gold strands of card to the bottom of each and arranged on foam pads to lift. The cake stand section at the bottom is dcm memory wire which keeps its shape when handled great for all sorts!
La la! Done and ready to send with a small sentiment added to inside. Thanks for reading 🙂
